These terms explain how the Pirates Pub ordering app works and what you can expect when you use it. Please read them before placing an order. If you do not agree with them, please order in person or by phone on 492-6481 instead.
This app is an online food ordering service for Pirates Pub – Platinum Pizza and Food Court in St. Vincent and the Grenadines. It lets you view our daily menu and send a pickup order ahead to our kitchen. The app is provided by the restaurant and built and maintained by HighMark Business Systems.
The app is for pickup orders only. It does not provide delivery, table reservations or online payment.
By using the app or submitting an order through it, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you are ordering on behalf of someone else or a group, you confirm you are authorised to do so.
Submitting an order through the app is a request to buy. It is not a confirmed sale until our kitchen accepts and prepares it. Every order is subject to kitchen confirmation and to items actually being available at that moment.
Please keep your phone nearby after ordering. If we cannot reach you about an unavailable item, your order may be delayed or prepared without it.
All prices shown in the app are in Eastern Caribbean Dollars (EC$ / XCD) and include any applicable charges shown at checkout. Prices are those displayed at the time you place the order.
Orders placed through this app are paid in cash at pickup. The app does not take card payments, online payments or deposits, and never asks for card or bank details.
Your order is recorded as unpaid until you collect it and settle at the counter. Please bring the correct amount where possible. We may decline to release an order that is not paid for in full.
We are closed on Sundays, and ordering through the app is disabled on that day. On days we are open, orders can only be prepared during kitchen hours — an order sent close to or after closing may not be prepared until we reopen, or may not be accepted at all.
We may also close or pause ordering on public holidays or at short notice for operational reasons.
Please collect your order promptly once it is ready, so that hot food is served at its best. For food safety and quality reasons, we cannot hold prepared food indefinitely. Orders that are not collected on the day they were placed may be disposed of, and we cannot offer a replacement for uncollected food.
The app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted or error-free availability. It may be unavailable or behave unexpectedly because of:
If the app is down, you can always place your order by calling 492-6481 or by visiting us in person. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the app at any time without notice.
We make a genuine effort to keep the menu, prices, item descriptions and daily availability accurate and up to date. Even so, information in the app may occasionally be out of date or incorrect, and any images are for illustration — the food served may differ in appearance and portion.
Allergies and dietary requirements: our kitchen prepares many dishes in a shared space, so we cannot guarantee that any dish is free of a particular allergen. Item descriptions and the notes box are not a substitute for speaking to us. If you have a food allergy or a strict dietary requirement, call 492-6481 and confirm with our staff before ordering.
We may refuse service to anyone who misuses the app.
Parts of this app are restricted to authorised Pirates Pub personnel using workplace access codes. Access to or use of those areas by anyone else is not permitted.
The app's design, layout, code, text and graphics belong to Pirates Pub – Platinum Pizza and Food Court and HighMark Business Systems. Our names, logos and branding may not be copied or used without permission. You may use the app for your own personal ordering only.
To the fullest extent permitted by the law of St. Vincent and the Grenadines:
Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always the one shown on this page, and the "Last updated" date above shows when it last changed. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
These terms and any dispute arising from them or from an order placed through the app are governed by the laws of St. Vincent and the Grenadines, and the courts of St. Vincent and the Grenadines have exclusive jurisdiction.
